At Tandy Leather, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange most items within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Tandy Leather retail store with your original order number and item details to begin the process.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, hardware, or leather hides are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a store associate if returning in person.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
